Both of these are the Styler Toolbars For the Windows XP.

How to Install:

1. Extract the contents of the files to their individual Folder

2. Run Program "Styler", go to Toolbar Themes Tab. By default there will be a theme named "default" in it.

3. Drag and drop the folder to the Toolbar Style Panel anywhere near the "default" theme included with Styler.

4. Now Enable Styler Toolbar and Select the Theme you like from the Skin Selection Option.

You will need Styler installed for this theme though. Get it here.

I have also used True Transparency. Get it from here.

Thanks.
Actually the visual Style is a hybrid.
I'll tell you how I did it.
Follow the instructions [link]

Now you see the bottom common tasks is not the same. Download the visual Style from [link]
Copy the Shellstyle.dll file from this style and replace the SEVENVG Bottom Shellstyle in any folder.

Apply the Style and Enjoy.

It is possible you may face problems, don't worry, I'll compile the thing and put it up here soon.

Get the FindeXer Link Pane. Google it. It's Greate.

Enjoy!
